Jim Huster

A native of DeLand, Jim holds an undergraduate degree from Lenoir Rhyne College in Hickory, North Carolina and a Master of Divinity from Erskine Theological Seminary in Due West, South Carolina.

After 20 years serving as a pastor to four congregations, Jim took on a new challenge. Stepping away after two decades in 2018 of full-time pastoral work, Jim started working bi-vocational as a financial advisor and serving in the Episcopal Church here in St Augustine as a priest.

Jim and his wife Sally love spending time at the beach with their five children. Other interests include surfing, running, golfing, and coaching his children’s sport teams. He is also a big fan of the Florida Gators and the Cincinnati Reds.
