Our History
Trinity Parish, Florida’s first Protestant Church, has a remarkable history spanning over two centuries. From our inception during Florida’s transition to U.S. territory, Trinity has been a steadfast beacon of Christian faith and community commitment since 1821. Trinity has weathered epidemics and wars, steadily expanding both physically and spiritually. In 2024 Trinity Parish continues its journey of growth and renewal, opening our North Campus at 6350 CR 16a, expanding upon our commitment to serving our congregation and community and sharing the Good News that “Jesus Christ spread out his arms of love on the hard wood of the cross that all might come within reach of his saving embrace.”

Stained Glass Windows
Trinity Parish is blessed with many iconic stained glass windows, some dating back to 1859. Our windows, crafted by renowned artisans like Franz Mayer & Sons, Maitland Armstrong and Louis Comfort Tiffany, our windows serve as poignant memorials to loved ones and vivid illustrations of biblical narratives. Each window tells a unique story, collectively forming a mosaic of color and beauty.
Our docents host tours most Thursday and Friday afternoons and on Saturdays.
