How We Use Your Information: 

Trinity Parish Church (TPC) collects your data to administer the volunteer process and to put you in contact with the team you have asked to join. TPC stores your details securely on its church congregation database (Realm). If you have any concerns, please contact meredith@TrinitySTA.org

I’d like to know more about:
- Sunday Hosting : The hosting team takes lead in welcoming the congregation to our services, greeting newcomers, and helping people connect in. We meet before the service for prayer and a quick briefing.
- Sunday Cafe : The Cafe team creates and sets out trays of breakfast pastries and prepares coffee at each service. Volunteers are asked to arrive before and/or after the service for the preparation.
- Production: Production volunteers help run the audio and video equipment and produce the weekly livestream of services. Training is provided.
- Altar Guild: I'd like to set the table for communion.
- Music: If you are a gifted musician or singer we would love to hear from you. We are also interested in you if you are a classically trained musician (Grade 8+).
- Worship: Lay Reader and Chalice Bearer
- Trinity Kids: We aim to provide the best hour of every kid’s week at Trinity Kids and are looking for people with a heart to see kids encounter Jesus. Trinity Kid’s Church runs from 9:00 - 9:40 AM and Kid’s Class from 10:00-11:00 AM for kids ages 2-11. We ask for two references and a Safeguarding background check.
- Trinity Youth: We are looking for people who have a heart for young people and are committed to coming along to Sunday Services each week and building relationships with Trinity Youth. To join the team we ask for two references and a Safeguarding background check.
- Wednesday@Trinity: We are looking for a full complement of volunteers from hospitality to hosting. You will be asked to join a team for the duration of the course. Training will be provided where needed.
- Photography: The volunteer photography team helps cover key events and Sunday services at Trinity. We are looking for skilled photographers who can provide their own equipment with the ability to shoot in RAW.
- Design: Designers, illustrators and graphic artists, join the creative team and use your skills to design branding and graphics for Sundays, Christmas, Easter, and more
- Office Volunteering: Our office hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM. We are looking for people who can either take a morning or afternoon shift 2 times per month. If you are free during the week and would like to volunteer in an office role, please get in touch to see if we have an opportunity to suit you.
- Other: Whatever your skill set or abilities, we would love to find a team that is right for you
