Check out this opportunity!
In 2020 Covid-19 impacted us all, but what impacted my life even more was attending the Alpha Course here at Trinity. Alpha awakened in me a greater awareness of God’s presence and gave me a new vocabulary regarding my faith; words like joy, excitement, the value of community, and a greater peace. I am learning the third person of the Trinity is alive and well, available to us all, and wants to be the very fuel of our Christian faith. The Holy Spirit is the one who moves us forward, provides power to live the Christian life, and fulfills Jesus’ promise that He would provide for us a helper to carry on the work he was doing while here on earth.
For me Alpha is an ongoing growth experience that gives me a daily awareness of God’s power, and a new view of life each day and how to live it. I do not want you to miss out on any of this!
Sign up this week to experience the joy and see for yourself.
WHAT IS ALPHA?
Alpha offers everyone the opportunity to explore life and the Christian faith in a friendly, open, and informal environment.
· What is my purpose?
· What happens when I die?
· Why is there suffering?
Alpha is your chance to ask and explore these questions and challenges of life. Each session includes a short video that makes you think and small group discussions to help you have conversations with others that explore life’s biggest questions in a safe and respectful way.
We launched our Alpha Online Series in September with over seventy-five participants and held it again this February with over eighty. We hope that you will be able to join us at our next Alpha Series in September 2021.
